The short meeting, at 7 p.m., will be followed at 7:30 by Michael Kluckner (artist and writer, who has spent more than two decades recording and interpreting, in a dozen books, the histories and landscapes of Vancouver). He will give an illustrated talk entitled Art, Activism and the Challenges of Illustrated Books.
There will also be a small silent book auction. Only cash or cheques will be accepted for the books (no credit cards). Light refreshments will be served.
The event is free, but please reply here to our Membership Secretary, to let her know you are planning to attend as seating is limited.
We hope to see you there!
